Class Descriptions

Chakra Yoga

A journey through the subtle body. Chakras are centers within the body that hold our prana – life force energy. This class is designed around the modern practice of those seven, subtle bodies, using physical practice and breath-work to tap into those sacred spaces.

Gentle Restorative

A gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels. Slow down and move into a more mindful space, release tension, and connect to the breath with a mix of gentle movement and relaxing seated poses. We will use various props to find support and comfort on your mat and clear your mind.

Heated Vinyasa

A faster-paced, heated practice focused on flowing. Connect one breath to one movement, find depth in poses, and detox the body. Some yoga experience suggested. Room heated to 90 degrees.

Hometown Heroes

A mindful practice designed specifically for our hometown heroes. This class focuses on stress relief and mental well-being. Join us to unwind and rejuvenate after a demanding day of serving the community, allowing you to enhance your resilience and overall health.

Restorative Yin

A slow paced, mindful class focused on deep stretching. Stay longer in poses to assist in joint health, circulation, mental focus, and increased flexibility. We will use various props to find support and comfort on your mat and clear your mind.

Slow Flow

A slower flowing practice, build strength and flexibility through slow mindful movements. Focus on enhancing balance, alignment and slowing down the mind and body. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa

A fast-paced, flowing practice. Connect one breath to one movement to warm the body and clear the mind. All levels welcome; some yoga experience suggested.

Yoga Sculpt

With the use of your own body weight and resistance, and some yoga props, this class is designed to give you a more workout based yoga experience. It combines faster paced movement, strength training, breathwork, and muscle building, to create the perfect blend. All levels welcome, modifications offered.


Yin

A slow paced, mindful class focused on deep stretching. Stay longer in poses to assist in joint health, circulation, mental focus, and increased flexibility.


Collaboration: Gentle Lymph Movement & Yoga

Taught by Dr. Courtney Sproat

This gentle, beginner friendly class blends guided self lymphatic drainage, breathing exercises, mindful movement and light yoga to help improve lymphatic flow, reduce swelling and inflammation, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

Warm Slow Flow

Still a class at a slower pace, but warmer temps. Slightly heating the room assists in progressing flexibility in the deep muscle fascia, joint health, circulation, and mental focus.
