Sangha Yoga was established in August of 2025 by four women committed to sharing their love of yoga. We are a community-based studio dedicated to creating a welcoming space where students of all levels can gather, grow, and support one another. Rooted in the meaning of Sangha—community—we believe yoga is more than a physical practice; it is a way to connect mind, body, and spirit while fostering relationships built on respect, compassion, and belonging.

Our mission is to…
…offer high-quality, accessible yoga classes that meet students where they are.
…remain rooted in authenticity, honoring the traditions of yoga while making them relevant for modern life.
…cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels seen and valued.
…nurture community connections that allow each of us to grow strong roots and support one another in blooming into our fullest potential.
…encourage personal growth, mindfulness, and wellness through the wisdom of yoga.

Jacqui Follett
Co-owner
Jacqui is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor currently working toward her 500-hour certification with a focus on anatomy, alignment, and breathwork. She is fascinated by the way breath can guide the body, and how intentional movement can bring clarity to the mind.
For Jacqui, yoga is a moving meditation—a balance of strength and surrender. Her classes begin with grounding and presence, gradually building warmth and stability. Balance is explored not for perfection, but for awareness. Each practice closes in savasana, where stillness becomes its own quiet ritual.
Yoga extends beyond the mat in Jacqui’s life. It shows up in the pause before reacting, in the breath taken during chaos, in her middle school classroom of students, and in taking time to appreciate simple moments. When mind, body, and breath align, daily life can happen with more intention and peace.
Her intention is to offer yoga that is accessible, soulful, and rooted in compassion—for all bodies, all seasons, and all levels of experience. She invites students to come as they are, breathe deeply, and let their practice meet them exactly where they are.

Jessica Fulk
Co-owner
With over eight years of teaching experience and a 500-hour RYT certification, Jessica brings a steady, heartfelt presence to every class. Her teaching is rooted in yoga philosophy, guided by a deep respect for the traditions of the practice, and inspired by the power of slowing down.
A lifelong student of the mind-body connection, Jessica believes yoga is a way of living-on and off the mat. Whether she’s leading a class, spending time with her family, hiking with her kids and dogs, or simply breathing in the fresh air outdoors, she carries the principles of mindfulness and compassion into each moment.
Her classes offer a grounded space to pause, reconnect, and move with intention-welcoming all levels and all bodies. Expect thoughtful sequences, breath awareness, and a gentle reminder that less can truly be more.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find Jessica barefoot in the grass, reading something philosophical, or chasing laughter with her little ones.

Paige Geist
Co-owner
Paige stumbled upon yoga in 2014 and instantly fell in love. She was drawn to the feeling of calm that accompanied every intentional breath — every mindful movement. Through yoga, she has been able to begin her journey toward self-acceptance and contentment.
Paige received her 200-hour certification in 2020 and has enjoyed bringing a mindful approach to movement and being to every class. Yoga is not about perfect poses. It’s about coming home to yourself. It’s not about how to move, but how to be — with your body, your breath, and your heart.
Through mindful movement and attention to breath, Paige’s classes invite students to embrace the journey of self-love — not as a destination, but as a daily practice. Her classes are a space to slow down, cultivate gratitude, and learn to meet yourself exactly where you are.
In her spare time, you are certain to find Paige outside enjoying all kinds of weather, usually throwing a ball for her pup, or having a living room/back porch dance party.

Samantha Kosakowski-Beck
Co-owner
Samantha has been instructing in the fitness industry for over 20 years, finding the call to yoga the most gratifying. She currently holds an E-RYT 500 and YACEP certification with a specialty in Chakra Healing work. She also holds certifications in yoga nidra, children’s, teen’s, and trauma- informed yoga certification, Reiki Master Teacher certification, Certified Crystal Healing certification, Meditation Teacher Training certificate along with a Silver and Fit certification and is currently working on her Qigong certification, marma therapy certification and ayurvedic practitioner certification (She is fascinated by yogic knowledge!).
Samantha currently serves as a yoga teacher for 7th and 8th graders, teaching mindful yoga. She also volunteers her time at her children’s school, bringing yoga into the classrooms. Her classes are well rounded, utilizing all of the elements of yoga from the philosophies to pranayama, asana to meditation, and more. She enjoys teaching all types of yoga from restorative to power, teaching to the room, and connecting with her students.
When she is not teaching, Samantha can be found playing photographer in her local area, giving tarot readings and making jewelry, oil blends and candles (amongst other crafty things). She believes yoga does not stop off of the mat and hopes to bring the practice of yoga, in its wholeness, into the lives of people she connects with.

In her spare time, you will likely find Jill with her dogs.

Meggan Testin
Instructor
Meggan began teaching yoga in 2014. She loves to teach slow flow as she finds it helps the mind slow down off the mat when things get tense.
Meggan works at Children First Center in Auburn managing the Healthy Families program. She is often found cheering on her daughter at swim meets.
